At Mount Sinai

¹On the first day of the third month after the Israelites left Egypt—on that very day—they came to the Desert of Sinai. ² After they set out from Rephidim, they entered the Desert of Sinai, and Israel camped there in the desert in front of the mountain.

Have faith! Don’t think too hard otherwise you’ll become hot-tempered. You need to get some rest, or you’ll wear yourselves out. Leave room for God and just get things done daily what you have to do. “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,“ declares the Lord.(Isaiah 55:8)

Our Lord Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”(Matthew 11:28)

Let’s have faith in the Lord Jesus and rely on Him. To live by faith also means that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raised the dead. Rely not on worldly wisdom but on God’s grace.

“And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.(1 John 4:16) So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith. (Galatians 3:9)

This is the mentality you and me should have as believers: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.(Galatians 2:20)
