We pray for salvation, healing and redemption in His name Jesus Christ. By faith in love and hope, we press on toward the goal according to His plan. A book of the New Testament, Philemon is the briefest of all Paul’s writings, and one of the most magnificent illustrations of grace and forgiveness in the Bible. As we read these words, we would notice Paul’s deep concern for reconciliation between Onesimus and Philemon. Let’s do our best to apply these principles of love and compassion in our relationships. Philemon is the message of God’s love and forgiveness offered to those who have run away for Him and who stand in need of reconciliation. In Jesus Christ there is cleansing for all our sins. In Him we have a mediator who has come to set us free. Thanks be to God in Jesus’s name. I am so grateful to our heavenly Father today.
